Health Care bill ruled unconstitutional

Today, U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson ruled that part of the health care bill past in March is unconstitutional.
It would be wonderful for all Americans to have health care; however, the federal government has no right in telling individual Americans what they must buy or not buy or how to run a company.  If a person owns a company, he should be allowed to determine what benefits to offer the employees.  This helps increase the strength of businesses.  Better employees will go to companies that offer better benefits and pay.  Small, startup businesses will be stifled in having to provide health care to its employees before it can financially support it.

Now those with preexisting conditions might have harder times finding a health care plan.  Yet, when the government starts mandating that everyone needs to have health care, it effectively forces others to pay for that person's condition.
The lawsuit was brought by Ken Cuccinelli, the Virginia Attorney General.  Mr. Cuccinelli, like Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell, are both Republican and faithful Catholics.  I have seen Mr. Cuccinelli at Mass several times at his home parish, which I will not name for privacy.
Some of these preexisting conditions are avoidable, such as those linked to obesity.  Now many will claim that they cannot avoid being obese, that it is also a medical condition.  It is interesting that on the same day that a U.S. District Judge ruled that mandating citizens to buy health care is unconstitutional, President Obama signs the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010.
I think the solution to most of our problems is easy.  First, the past election has proven that the American people want less government envolvement, Second, Take responsibility for your actions!
